Robert M. Neff Inc. is a third generation family owned trucking company that traces its roots back to 1951. At that time, Robert and his wife Pearl began operating straight trucks on Postal Star Routes in the Zanesville, Ohio area. The business expanded throughout their long careers until the time of their deaths. Pearl in 1976 and Robert in 1986. The U.S. Mail business was then taken over by their daughter Regina and her husband Charles F. Berkheimer, who passed away shortly thereafter in 1991.
In 1990 Regina moved the headquarters for Robert M. Neff Inc. to its present location in Hebron Ohio. The company maintains full maintenance facility in Columbus, Ohio. Her sons Charles L. and Dante’ Berkheimer acquired the company from Regina in 2005. After a short retirement Regina passed away in 2010. Robert M. Neff Inc. is known as one of the most valued United States Postal Contractors in the area. The Company has received two coveted Eagle Spirit Awards for its quality service.
